Tan Arlidge

Tan Arlidge (b. 1987, Brisbane, Australia) is a sculptor living and working on Gadigal land in Bondi Beach, Sydney. Working primarily with timber, steel and polymer, Arlidge creates works that evoke a sense of movement and often hint at forms found in nature. An interplay of femininity and masculinity runs through her practice, expressed in her choice of materials and shapes.
